By choosing a part payment plan for a Sensory Land online course, you’re agreeing to the following:
Payment schedule
Payments are due on the agreed dates, whether collected automatically via Stripe or paid manually via BACS.
Missed or failed payments
If a payment is missed or fails, access to the course content and community space will be temporarily restricted until the payment is received.
Holding your place
Your place on the course and your original price will be held for 14 days from the date the payment was due.
After 14 days
If payment has not been received within 14 days, any discounts or promotional pricing will no longer apply.
You may still reinstate your place, but this will be at the full current price of the course.
Non payment
Failure to pay will result in your access being revoked. You will not certify in the course.
Refunds
There is a stict no refund policy.
Paying ahead
If you would like to clear your remaining balance early, please email
casey@sensoryland.com and this can be arranged.
Communication
If you’re having difficulty making a payment, please contact me as soon as possible. Access cannot continue without payment or communication.
