This live course isn’t designed for you to simply sign up and figure it out on your own.

It’s built to support you all the way through — with guidance, encouragement, and accountability across the full 13 weeks.

You’ll be supported as you move through the material, with space for questions, reflection, and integration as we go. This is an active learning experience, created to help you stay connected, engaged, and moving forward.

To support this, students are asked to complete the reflections and practices alongside each week’s teaching. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. By Week 13, you’ll have completed the course and will graduate having truly engaged with the work, rather than feeling like it’s something still sitting on your to-do list.

If you’re already enrolled in the Anytime, Anywhere version, the live course is available as an upgrade — offering structure, real-time support, and that extra layer of guidance many people find makes all the difference.

You don’t have to do this alone — support is here every step of the way.
